<p>Lexar Media increased the storage capacity to their Platinum II flash memory cards today by introducing a new <a href="http://www.lexar.com/digfilm/sdhc_plat.html">Platinum II 60x 16GB SDHC card</a> and a new <a href="http://www.lexar.com/digfilm/cf_platinum.html">Platinum II 80x 16GB CF card</a>. The Platinum II SDHC card has a minimum sustained write speed of 9MB/sec while the Platinum II CF card has a minimum sustained write speed of 12MB/sec. Both flash cards will be available this month.</p>
