American Sound Works will be introducing their new ALPHA-Series of loudspeakers at the upcoming CES 2010. According to the company, the ALPHA-Series can be used as a “pair of audiophile stereo loudspeakers, as a multi-channel audio system and as a home theater system.”

The series is made up of:

ALPHA 57 compact speaker:

• Frequency Response: 74 Hz – 25 kHz
• Power handling: 70 W rms 140 W Peak
• Sensitivity, 1W at 1M: 88 dB
• Nominal Impedance: 8 Ohms
• High Frequency Driver: 1” hand coated soft dome tweeter
• Low Frequency Driver: 4” damped polymer composite cone woofer

• Measures 12 x 7.5 x 10 inches and weighs 14 lbs

ALPHA 88 mid-sized loudspeaker:

• Frequency Response: 64 Hz – 25 kHz

• High Frequency Driver: 1” hand coated soft dome tweeter

ALPHA S507 powered subwoofer:
