AT&T customers looking for mobile upgrades will want to check out Best Buy’s new holiday deals involving four BlackBerry handsets, the AT&T Xenon, and the Nokia Booklet 3G netbook.

Effective as of yesterday, December 12th, and running through the holidays, Best Buy will be offering deals on the following four BlackBerry’s with new two-year activations:

BlackBerry 9700 for $99.99 after $100 dollar savings
BlackBerry 8900 for $69.99 after $80 dollar savings
BlackBerry 9000 for $89.99 after $60 dollar savings
BlackBerry 8520 for $29.99 after $20 dollar savings

As for the AT&T Xenon, Best Buy will be offering the Xenon for free with a new two-year activation at Best Buy Mobile.

And finally, starting today and effective through the holidays, the Nokia Booklet 3G will be available for $199.99 with a new two year AT&T Data Connect plan. The Booklet 3G features:
