eMachines joins the Atom processor-based all-in-one PC parade with today’s announcement of the new eMachines EZ1601-01. This new all-in-one provides all the computing essentials that a family would need without breaking the budget thanks to a retail price of $399.99.

The system comes in a Diamond Black finish with green LED lighting and a silver trim and features a large 18.5 inch widescreen LCD display. Other features and specs include:

Integrated speakers
Built-in 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi
18.5 inch 16:9 aspect ratio display with 1366 x 768 resolution
Multi-in-one digital media card reader

About the only thing missing is a touch-screen enabled display.

Thanks for the nice post. Nettop ia a type of a small desktop. The EZ1601-01 is a nice nettop. The monitor is very huge. The price is very reasonable. Its worth buying as features are nice. Best for office work and desktop based applications never for games, lack of upgradeable options.

Well said, It's best for desktop use. But if it's upgradable I would love to try it for gaming.
