Rumor: Is this a picture of Dell’s smartphone?

Could this blurry snapshot be the long-rumored Dell smartphone? From the looks of things, it would appear the handset is running Google Android which really isn’t too surprising since we know Dell is working on Android projects. The real question is – why the hell do “leaked” pictures always have to be so damn blurry? Come on people – your cell phone cameras have to be better than that right? If not – get a new phone will ya!!
