The new Samsung Pixon12 mobile phone sets a new standard for megapixel goodness on mobile phones (and yes, it’s making me utterly hate my 2 megapixel iPhone 3G). The Pixon12 comes with a 12 megapixel camera built right into the handset making the Pixon12 the world’s first 12 megapixel camera phone with a full touch-screen display.  Yes.. I kid you not.. this bad boy has a 12 megapixel camera.

Of course all that megapixel goodness would be slightly wasted on the phone if the display was subpar.. and luckily Samsung has equipped the Pixon12 with a 3.1 inch AMOLED display (you can continue salivating now).
