Sony Ericsson unveils the new W995 Walkman handset – a mobile phone that attempts to deliver the most comprehensive multimedia experience out there. To accomplish this, the W995 is the first handset to feature the new Sony “Media Go” application which attempts to make it easy to bring your multimedia content with you on the W995. According to Sony Ericsson, Media Go “lets you effortlessly and automatically transfer any audio, photos and videos between your phone and computer”. Alexandre Cardon, Global Marketing Business Manager at Sony Ericsson, says “With Media Go there’s no need to worry about format, resolution and ‘frame per second’ anymore”

To enable the best possible multimedia experience, the W995 features an 8.1 megapixel camera, enough battery life to watch two full length feature films, a built-in stand making it easy to watch videos, built-in stereo speakers so you can share your tunes with the people around you, HPM-77 premium headphones, Wi-Fi, and 3G networking support.
