Lenovo introduces three new desktop PCs
Lenovo continues to roll out new PC systems for the new year. Last week we saw several new IdeaPad notebooks, a new all-in-one Pc and a new dual display ThinkPad system. Today, the company is introducing three new desktop PCs – the IdeaCentre K220, IdeaCentre K230, and the Lenovo H200 desktop PC. Here’s the lowdown on all three models:
The IdeaCentre K220 features the following:
- Up to Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 processor
- Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit edition
- Tower PC Chassis design
- Integrated Intel Graphics or NVIDIA GeForce 9300GE
- 2 to 4GB of RAM
- Up to 1TB of disk space
- Up to Blu-ray drive
- Prices start at $449
Moving up the ladder a bit, we have the IdeaCentre K230 which features:
- Up to Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 processor
- Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit edition
- Tower PC Chassis design
- Intel graphics or NVIDIA GeForce 9300GE
- Up to 8GB of RAM
- Up to 1TB of storage space
- Up to Blu-ray drive
- Prices start at $499
Finally, we have the Lenovo H200 desktop designed for the low cost/high value market – basically those of you on a tight budget. This is Lenovo’s first desktop PC to utilize the power efficient Intel Atom processor. Features on the H200 include the following:
- Intel Atom Processor (model 230) running at 1.6GHz
- Windows Vista Home Basic
- Tower PC Chassis design
- Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950
- 1 to 2GB of RAM
- 160/320GB 7200RPM HDD
- DVD-ROM
- Prices start at around $299.99 on up.
The IdeaCentre K220 and K230 will be available starting on January 20th while the H200 is available now.
