HTC announces two new Windows Mobile handsets here at CES 2009. There’s the new HTC S743 which is basically a smartphone that’s a phone first, smartphone second and then there’s the updated T-Mobile Shadow. The S743 is available unlocked and was on display here at the Digital Experience connected to the AT&T network.
