VT2430 The ViewSonic VT2430 24 inch LCD HDTV is the first 24 inch widescreen HDTV set to feature full 1080p resolutions. (Of course why anyone needs 1080p resolutions for a 24 inch HDTV set is beyond me – unless you’re planning to use the VT2430 also as a computer monitor). The VT2430 features the following:

  • 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio
  • 250 nits of brightness
  • Integrated ATSC/NTSC/QAM TV tuner
  • HDMI 1.3 (with HDCP), VGA, Component, S-Video, Composite, and TV/cable input
  • 1920 x 1080 resolution
  • 16:9 aspect ratio

The VT2430 has an MSRP of $399.
