Well it certainly took these guys long enough. LG Electronics and PRADA Group announced that global sales of the Prada Phone by LG finally reached one million units (the phone made it’s debut in March of 2007 mind you). Let’s not even compare this with iPhone sales of course… but given the fact that there’s stiff competition in the touch-based smartphone arena, I suppose that’s pretty darn good for these two companies. LG and Prada have committed to further collaborations and will launch a new handset model starting in Europe during the fourth quarter of this year.
