My nearly two week vacation in New York City is finally over and I’m finally back in sunny Los Angeles. I had a blast in the Big Apple – checked out some of the latest restaurants, hung out with friends, saw some new exhibits, played some home poker, watched some crazy volleyball, ran the Nike Human Race, got sick, ate some more food, and vegged away at home. Ah.. nothing like a good ol vacation. In the meantime, it doesn’t look like I missed a whole lot from the tech scene. Sure, Google introduced a new web browser (ho hum), and yes, Dell finally announced their netbook competitor (not as nice as I was hoping it would be) but overall – a pretty quiet week. In any event, I’ll try and catch up with the email and see if I can also catch up with some of the latest tech news for Krunker. Oh yes, I did manage to stop by a Japanese exhibit in NYC called Japan C that had some pretty neat stuff on display. Japan C is an exhibit being held at the Felissimo Design House located at 10 West 56th Street in Manhattan. The goal for the 11 week exhibit – to display “all things Japanese” – “Spanning home and fashion accessories to gadgets, food, beauty, and pop-culture products”. If you’re in NYC – definitely head over to the exhibit – well worth the free admission!
