Samsung to release white version of the Omnia
If you’re a fan of the Samsung Omnia SGH-i900 but you’re not quite digging the dark colors, then you’ll be thrilled to hear that Samsung will be unleashing a white colored version of the handset this weekend. According to Crave, the front of the handset will stay retain the same look as the black version but the back battery cover will be white. Plus, later this month, Samsung will be releasing a firmware update that will add additional widgets for the home screen and support for Hanyu Pinyin text input for Chinese characters. These changes are so far relegated for the version in Singapore.. but who knows.. folks in the rest of the world might end up getting this too.
