Averatec formally announced their All-In-One Desktop PC system today (although we saw it before when it was part of the LLUON product line) which bears a (ahem) striking resemblance to the Apple iMac. The All-In-One PC features:

• Windows Vista Home Premium OS
• Intel Core 2 Duo processor – E4600 running at 2.4GHz
• 2GB RAM
• 320GB HDD
• NVIDIA GeForce 8400 graphics
• 22 inch widescreen display with resolutions up to 1680 x 1050
• SuperMulti Dual Layer DVD burner
• Wi-Fi support
• Wireless keyboard and mouse
• Built-in 1.3 megapixel webcam
• MCE remote control

According to the press release, the Averatec All-In-One Desktop PC will sell for $1249 and will be available at major online retailers as well as online at http://www.shopaveratec.com/
