samsung blu-ray resource center If you’re an owner or a possible future owner of a Samsung Blu-ray player, or if you’re just curious about Blu-ray in general, then you should know that Samsung has launched a Blu-ray Resource Center on their website located at http://pages.samsung.com/us/bluraysupport/

According to Samsung, the resource center will feature:

  • Helpful FAQs
  • New product and firmware introductions from Samsung
  • Live chat with a Samsung Blu-ray support specialist
  • Weekly topic on the site to provide Samsung’s perspective on current Blu-ray product issues and to help educate consumers

Of course since this is a Samsung hosted website, be aware that information will be skewed towards Samsung’s point of view. However, it’s nice to see Samsung be customer centric with Blu-ray. Heck.. the market needs a little push to help move Blu-ray along – now that there’s no friggin competition to make things exciting (hear the grumbling in my voice?)
