Los Angeles sues Time Warner Cable
Sweetness! The city of Los Angeles has filed a lawsuit against Time Warner Cable accusing the company of “unlawful, unfair, and fraudulent business acts and practices, and deceptive advertising.” According to CNET’s News.com, the lawsuit claims the company has subjected subscribers to “delayed repair appointments, deceptive pricing, and Internet outages.” Los Angeles City attorney Rocky Delgadillo is seeking $2500 in civil penalties for each violation. Go LA! (ah yes.. there is a God out there)
