With apologies to all the other first person shooter games out there, my favorite FPS game of all time HAS to be Duke Nukem 3D. Sure – it wasn’t the prettiest game.. it wasn’t fanciest game.. it didn’t have the greatest storyline.. but my goodness it was utterly fun to play. Who could forget Duke saying “Suck It” or shooting someone with the Shrinker? Yeah.. it was the absolute best IMHO.

Unfortunately, I’ve been waiting like.. forever for the followup game – Duke Nukem Forever (no pun intended on the name of course). Yes.. this game has been in supposed development for gee.. over a decade now? But guess what? Actual footage of the game is out on the web. Thanks to Jace Hall and his show on Crackle.com, you can actually see in-game footage of Duke Nukem Forever. The video clip is embedded here and the Duke Nukem Forever portion is about 4:20 into the clip. I might just get into FPS games on the PC again if this actually comes out!
