PC Mag reviews the ASUS EeePC 900
PC Magazine has published a review of the ASUS EeePC 900 here on their website. The EeePC 900 is the second iteration of the popular EeePC product line from ASUS and features a larger display and a beefier storage capacity (16GB SSD). For around $550, you get a system that comes with an Intel Celeron M running at 900MHz, 1GB of RAM, an 8.9 inch display, 20GB (4 + 16GB) storage, and your choice of either Linux or Windows XP. Unfortunately it appears that ASUS has not fixed the keyboard which is still an 83 percent keyboard. This translates to a somewhat annoying keyboard experience – especially for those with large fingers. Despite some annoyances, PC Mag still gives the 900 model 4 out of 5 stars and says the following:
The EeePC 900 is now $550, but you get an extra 16GB SSD drive, a wider 8.9-inch screen, and 1GB of RAM.
