Canon introduces the imageRUNNER C2550 business MFP
Canon has introduced a new business class multifunction printer in the form of the imageRUNNER C2550. The C2550 is capable of printing in color at up to 23 ppm and in monochrome at 25ppm. Other features of the imageRUNNER C2550 include UFRII (Ultra Fast Rendering) printing in color at up to 1200 dpi and Color Universal Send to enable distribution of scanned documents to multiple network destinations. Here are some of the main features and specs to the new MFP:

- Dual CPU design and up to 1.5GB RAM and 80GB HDD
- Secure access the web or corporate intranets from the device to download and print web pages or PDF files with Canon Web Access Software

- Supports authentication schemes such as Single Sign-On, Simple Device Log-In, and Department ID mode with optional Control Card/Card Reader System

- Supports Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003/Windows Vista, Mac OS X 10.2.8 or later
