Nokia introduces the N78 Smartphone
It’s now Nokia’s turn to launch a bevy of new mobile phones (all timed of course with the start of the 2008 Mobile World Congress). We’ll start with the newly introduced Nokia N78 Smartphone as mentioned here at MobileBurn.com. The N78 comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera, auto focus, Carl Zeiss optics, and an integrated GPS receiver. The phone will also ship with Nokia Maps 2.0 which provides a complete portable navigation system right on your mobile phone. Features include:
- Quad band GSM support
- One model will support UMTS 900/2100 while another will support 850/1900
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0 support
- Integrated FM transmitter
- microSD card support
- 2.4 inch 16 million color display with 240 x 320 resolution
- Supports video recording and playback
- Email and Messaging support
- 70MB internal memory
- Measures 4.4 x 1.9 x 0.6 inches and weighs 101.8 grams
- 13 day standby time and 4.3 hour talk time
- Speakerphone
The Nokia N78 will be available during Q2 of 2008 for a price of $510 dollars.
