There’s a new Rebel in the midst and it’s called the Canon EOS Rebel XSi. This entry level digital SLR features a 12.2 megapixel CMOS sensor, improved autofocus sensor, enhanced 14 bit A/D conversion, advanced Live View function, and the Canon proprietary DIGIC III image processor. The Canon EOS Rebel XSi is due in April and will come in two versions – a body kit and a lens kit version. The body kit will sell for $799.99 while the lens kit with an EF-S17-55 mm f/3.5-5.6 IS zoom lens will sell for $899.99.
