Fans of Dick Tracy will love this one. A company called Turtle Wireless is introducing a new wearable GSM phone called the TWP-800. The TWP-800 is a tri-band GSM phone designed to be worn like a wristwatch. The device comes with a stereo Bluetooth headset, support for MP3 and MP4 files, a touch screen dislpay, and WAP/GPRS support. Other features include:

• Support for MMS, Alarm, Calculator, World time, Units Currency Converter
• Games, Calendar, Memo, Melody Compose, Call Waiting, Divert
• Supports handwriting input
• Supports hands-free talk
• Voice recorder

The TWP-800 will be available in the Latin American market starting on January 13th for less than $199.95.
