HP announced today updates to both their desktop computer lineup as well as several new LCD displays featuring HDMI support. The new desktop systems feature the same chassis designs as previous models but have improved internals (newer processors etc). Let’s quickly go over the new models.

HP Pavilion Slimline s3330f HP Pavilion Slimline s3330f

The s3330f is the latest small form factor PC from HP featuring an updated AMD Athlon 64 X2 processor rated at 5400+. Features include:

HP Pavilion Media Center m8330f

This system replaces the m8130y media center system and features:

  • AMD Phenom 9500 quad core processor
  • 3GB RAM
  • ATSC/NTSC TV tuner
  • NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT graphics
  • Dual 320GB HDD in RAID 0 formation
  • Expansion drive bay

On the display front, HP has two new widescreen LCD displays – the 22 inch HP w2207h and the 24 inch HP w2408h.  Both monitors come with HDMI support, improved contrast ratios, and HDMI/DVI cables. The w2207h has an MSRP of $399 while the w2408h has an MSRP of $499.
