A German court has overturned a temporary injunction against T-Mobile Germany, allowing the company to have exclusive rights to sell the Apple iPhone in Germany. In response, T-Mobile has stopped selling unlocked iPhones which were going for $1460. Vodafone originally complained about the T-Mobile/Apple deal and had won a temporary injunction against T-Mobile – requiring the company to sell unlocked Apple iPhones.

So .. just how many iPhones did T-Mobile sell you might wonder? The company did not give out a number but a T-Mobile spokesperson did say that “many sold”. Guess there are a ton of people with disposable incomes eh?
