MSI has an interesting line of fairly inexpensive ultra-portable notebooks called the MSI PR210 YA Edition notebooks. There are currently three colors available for the PR210 – Blue, Green, and Pink (and we’re sure the Pink will be favorites of the ladies out there and of course the Blue for the men). All the PR210 series notebooks have the following specs:

• 12 inch WXGA resolution display
• Windows Vista Home Premium
• AMD Athlon 64 X2 TK-53 processor
• ATI Radeon Xpress 1270 graphics
• 1GB of DDR2 memory with 2GB max
• 120GB SATA HDD
• DVD Super Multi Drive
• Built in Gigabit Ethernet LAN and Modem Module
• Built in 802.11b/g WLAN card
• Bluetooth Supported
• Measures 303 x 231.5 x 16-29.5 mm
• Weighs 4.8 lbs

Curiously, there’s also an Intel Core 2 Duo variant available for sale although it’s not quite the PR210 but it’s still labeled a YA Edition and it’s available in Pink. The price is $899 and the specs (which I think are better) are as follows:

• Intel 945GM Express Chipset
• Windows Vista Home Premium
• 12.1 TFT WXGA resolution display
• Built in Combo Drive/DVD Super Multi
• 2GB DDR2 RAM
