PC MicroWorks introduces Black-Hawk XR5 Quad Core Super Notebook

PC MicroWorks Corporation introduced their most powerful portable workstation to date in the form of the new Black-Hawk XR5 Quad Core Super Notebook. The XR5 is the first mobile product to be able to house two of NVIDIA’s flagship mobile PCI-e graphics units - the new GeForce Go 8800GTX in SLI mode.

Features of the Black-Hawk XR5 Quad Core Super Notebook include the following:

17 inch HD WUXGA (1920 x 1200) display with CrystalVision technology

Support for up to 4GB RAM
Support for either EV-DO or HSDPA wireless access
Optional GPS receiver
Support for up to three hard drives - allowing for RAID 0, 1, or 5 configurations
Integrated Media Card Receiver
DVI port
4 USB ports
1 Firewire port
1 TV out - S-Video and HDTV output supported
1 TV in (optional with TV tuner)
Measures 15.5 x 11.5 x 2 inches and weighs approximately 11 lbs with battery pack
