Talk about gimmicky USB drives. Check out the newly announced Apacer Technology USB 2.0 Flash Drive AH225. Yes it’s a regular USB flash drive but it also doubles as a memo stand as well as a potential fridge magnet. The key to this is the magnetic cap that comes with the AH225. With the cap on the drive, you can simply stick the flash drive onto any metallic surface. The cap also has ridges along the side that allows you to post up memos while the drive is mounted onto a wall. Yes.. I told you it was a bit gimmicky (or multi-function I suppose). The Apacer AH225 is available in 512MB/1GB/2GB and 4GB configurations.
