If you’re an owner of an iPhone, then make sure to get the latest update from Apple – version 1.1.2. Just connect the iPhone to your PC or Mac and then check for a new update. There are currently no real details as to what is in this update although you might notice a few small additions. Most of the visible changes are in internationalization – you can now change the language to French, German, or Italian. You can also change the keyboard layout to English, French, German or Italian. When your iPhone is connected to iTunes, there’s now a small battery indicator next to your phone icon on the left hand side of iTunes.

Also note – the TIFF exploit has been fixed with this software update. This also means that users will have some problems using the unauthorized software application – Jailbreak. If you have Jailbreak on your iPhone (version 1.1.1), you should install an application called OktoProp. This will allow you to install 1.1.2 without ruining your ability to run unauthorized applications on your iPhone thanks to Jailbreak.
