Samsung has introduced a new widescreen LCD monitor targeting professional applications called the SyncMaster 245T. The 245T is a 24 inch, 16:10 widescreen display with a 178/178 degree viewing angle display. Features of the 245T include:

• Samsung MagicContrast technology offering high contrast ratios and extra-wide viewing angles
• MagicSpectrum wide-color gamut technology for up to 97 percent of the NTSC color space
• MagicSpeed for ultra-fast 6ms response times
• Integrated USB 2.0 hub – one up and four down ports
• Uses Samsung’s Digital Power Management Signaling mode to automatically asses state of the monitor for power savings
• Supports HDCP
