PC Magazine reviews the HP w2408 24 inch widescreen LCD monitor
PC Magazine has a review of the new HP w2408 vivid color 24 inch widescreen LCD monitor here on their website. This gorgeous monitor includes the following specs:

- Native resolution of 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz
- 1000:1 contrast ratio
- 400 nits of brightness
- 0.282 mm pixel pitch
- 5 ms response rate
- Integrated speakers
- VGA, DVI-D connectors
- HDCP enabled
- Includes DVI, VGA cable
- Measures 23.01 x 11.38 x 19.7 inches
Probably the most notable downside is the lack of input connectors. It’s not enough to simply have VGA and DVI inputs. This monitor almost demands having component and HDMI input connectors. Here’s the bottom line from PC Magazine:
The HP w2408, the latest addition to the company’s sleek new line of consumer displays, delivers robust colors, a snazzy design, and a bevy of user-friendly features. But it could use a few more A/V connections, and it suffers from a narrow vertical-viewing range.
