It looks like the Samsung F700 “Croix” Smartphone might be heading to the States soon. Various websites are reporting that the F700 might find its way to Verizon Wireless although it’s not clear if or when this would happen. Since the F700 is currently available for Vodafone, some minor design changes will need to occur. Obviously to support Verizon Wireless, the phone will have to switch support to CDMA and EV-DO, but other specs appear to remain the same including support for a 3 megapixel digital camera, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, and a textured surface.
