Verizon Wireless introduces four new smartphones
In case you missed it last week – Verizon Wireless introduced a bevy of new smartphones including the following:
- Samsung SCH-i760
- Verizon Wireless XV6800
- Palm Treo 755p
- Verizon Wireless SMT5800
Here’s the basic lowdown on these four new phones.
The Samsung SCH-i760 features:
- Windows Mobile 6 Professional OS
- Stylus
- Full QWERTY horizontal slider keyboard
- Separate dial pad on the front of the device
- Stereo Bluetooth support
- 1.3 megapixel digital camera/camcorder with flash
- Microsoft Office supports
- 2.8 inch display with 240 x 320 resolution and 65K colors
- Wi-Fi support
- Speakerphone
- Measures 2.28 x 4.49 x 0.77 inches
- Priced at $349.99 after a $50 dollar mail-in-rebate and 2 year contract
The Verizon Wireless XV6800 features:
- Slide out QWERTY keyboard
- 2.0 megapixel digital camera/camcorder with flash
- Windows Media Player 10
- Wi-Fi support
- Windows Mobile 6 Professional
- Bluetooth support
The Palm Treo 755p features:
- Large color touch screen
- Full QWERTY keyboard
- 1.3 megapixel digital camera
- Support for Bluetooth Stereo
- 60 MB of dedicated memory
- miniSD slot
Finally, the Verizon Wireless SMT5800 features:
- Five way navigation key
- Slide out QWERTY keyboard
- Windows Mobile 6 Standard
- 2.0 megapixel digital camera with auto-focus
- Windows Media Player 10
- Bleutooth
