Folks in Europe – get ready for an Apple keynote show as the company has sent out invitations to a show in London for next week. Speculation has it that Apple will announce its plans for the European iPhone sales launch – including which carriers would be getting the iPhone. The tagline for the invitation was “Mum is no longer the word” – providing additional evidence that this was the event for the European unveiling of the iPhone. Previous reports have centered on carriers such as O2, T-Mobile, and Orange carrying the iPhone in Europe but we’ll soon discover who actually will be hosting the new phone.
