Leadtek has announced a new TV tuner product called the WinFast DVR3100 H featuring support for digital terrestrial and analog TV – both DVB-T and FM radio – as well as stereo/SAP and HDTV/AC3 support. Features and specifications for the Leadtek WinFast DVR3100 H include the following:

• Hardware MPEG-2 encoder
• Uses LCD TV-level NTSC 3D Y/C separator to distinguish between signal Y, Pb, and Pr helping to deliver richer color and images
• Includes Multiple Video Processing (M.V.P.) mode which enables  two TV cards and up to four channel program processing simultaneously
• Supports Time Shifting, Scheduled Power-On, DirectBurn, and TwinView

The product also includes the WinFast Mobile Video Express which allows the user to create iPod and PSP video conversions.  The tool also allows you to create what WinFast calls personal 3D albums.
