fpadlock

For those who transfer particularly sensitive information through USB flash drives, there’s a new way to secure your data: the Corsair Flash Padlock. This nifty little device forces you to enter a PIN onto a keypad before allowing read/write access to the drive.

The drive is hardware secured, meaning you won’t be able to brute force a password through your PC. You can brute force it with your thumbs, sure, but that’ll certainly take awhile and bruise your thumbs.

Compatible across all Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms, the Flash Padlock is available in 1GB and 2GB sizes for $30 and $40, respectively.
