Fujitsu Introduces 12.1" Ultraportable Tablet
Available starting today for $1600, the widescreen Fujitsu Lifebook T2010 measures a slim 1.3″ thick with a magnesium-alloy chassis that brings the total weight to just 3.5 pounds. A bi-directional hinge allows the conversion between tablet and laptop configurations. No optical drive is included.
An Intel Core 2 Duo chip powers the laptop, which can be configured with both Windows Vista Business or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005.
The expected battery life is nine hours with a 6-cell 5800mAh battery, and eleven hours with a 9-cell 8700mAh extended battery.
