Shuttle has announced a new AMD based XPC “Glamor” series of small form factor (SFF) PCs in the form of the Shuttle XPC Glamor SN68SG2. The SN68SG2 uses the NVIDIA GeForce 7025/630a chipset and supports the latest AMD AM2 multi-core processors. The GeForce 7025 provides integrated graphics and 8 channel surround sound technology.

Specs of the Shuttle SN68SG2 include:

• Support for AMD Athlon 64 X2, Athlon 64, and Sempron series, HyperTransport 1.0
• NVIDIA GeForce 7025/630a chipset
• Max 4GB of memory
• 8 Channel HD Audio
• 1 PCIe x16 slot, and 1 PCI slot
• Gigabit Ethernet
• 2 – FireWire ports, 6 – USB 2.0 ports
• 2 – SATA2 connectors and 2 – eSATA connectors
• 250 watt PSU
• Measures 300 x 200 x 185 mm

The Shuttle XPC Glamor SN68SG2 comes with a traditional Shuttle XPC case… and yes.. I’m not quite sure what’s glamorous about the look of the system. But hey – maybe Glamor here means you’re getting an XPC system with a dual core AMD and NVIDIA Chipsets.
