Curious about the difference between HD DVD and Blu-ray? Well News.com published a comparison chart between the two formats a few days back with background information, and of course some early sales related statistics. The numbers are interesting and somewhat misleading especially since Blu-ray is integrated into the Sony PS3. HD DVD has the slight edge when it comes to standalone players sold but Blu-ray has the edge in content availability of course and in backing.
