OK, I’m a fan of the Microsoft Zune media player but the Hide-a-Pod is just utterly hilarious. This product is shaped to look a Microsoft Zune media player but is actually a protective case for the Apple iPod (there’s a version for the iPhone too). What’s particularly funny is the website that sells the protective case. Why would you want a case like this for the iPod? To prevent people from steaking your iPod. According to the website, people will gladly steal and iPod.. but will they steal a Zune? Probably not! They also poke fun at the Zune “squirt” feature (wireless sharing) by letting you slide a squirt module onto your Hide-a-pod case. Once installed and filled with water, you can squirt water out simply by holding the Zune’s play button. Hide-a-Pod will cost ya $29.95.
