Sony introduces NWD-B100 MP3 player
Sony is launching a new MP3 player called the NWD-B100 which allows users to drag and drop digital music directly to the player without any need for a Sony software application to be installed on your PC. Yes – it’s about time! The device will monitor the “My Music” folder on your Windows PC and will automatically sync any MP3 or WMA files directly to the music player. Drop a music file into the folder, and the player will pick it up automatically. The new NWD-B100 will be available in either 1GB or 2GB configurations.
The NWD-B100 comes with a 3 line color LCD display, a choice of two chrome colors (black and white), a 6 mode equalizer, a rechargeable battery (chargeable using USB), a built-in FM tuner, and a built-in microphone and voice recorder.
The NWD-B100 will be available in the UK starting in August. Prices will be as follows:
- 1GB – £35
- 1GB with radio - £45
- 2GB – £45
- 2GB with radio - £55
