Some pretty cool news for TVersity and iPhone fans. The developers of TVersity have announced a new version of the popular media streaming application which now supports the Apple iPhone. Once TVersity is installed on your home PC, you’ll be able to access your entire media collection by pointing Safari to your PC’s network address. Note – if video transcoding is needed, the iPhone will not be able to play back the video until the entire conversion has completed. This is a restriction of the MP4/MOV/3GPP containers when streamed over HTTP. You can find out more information by going to the TVersity blog site here.
