LG is hoping that the second time’s the charm for the LG Chocolate phone. The new slimmer and sleeker LG Chocolate mobile phone will be available in two new colors when it comes out on July 9th – Black Cherry, and Blue Mint.

Features of the new LG Chocolate phone include the following:

• Integrated music player with support for MP3 and WMA songs

• Music only mode
• 1.3 megapixel digital camera and camcorder
• 30 second video recording time
• Supports MP4, 3GP, 3G2 formats
• Set videos (under 5 MB in size) as wallpaper
• 2x zoom
• Self timer – three, five, or ten seconds
• Integrated Image Editor
• Mirror for self portrait capability
• Speaker independent voice commands
• Mobile Web 2.0, e-mail, IM, and chat
• Flash user interface for clear images, text, and fun animations
• Measures 3.85 x 1.87 x 0.67 inches and weighs 3.24 oz
• 262K color TFT with 240 x 320 resolution and 11 lines of text
• 250 minutes of usage time and 350 hours of standby time
