Do you have that need to be absolutely surrounded by sound? My friend – might I suggest to you the new Sonic Chair? I think the picture pretty much spells it all out but I’ll give you a quick description anyhow. The chair, which was designed by Frank Hussong, Michael Kientzler, and Daniela Reuter, is practically a large speaker in itself – designed to give you a complete surround sound experiment. You literally will have sound blasted at you in all sorts of directions (so it might be wise to turn it down a notch before playing your music). Speaking of music, the Sonic Chair is supposedly compatible with all sorts of music devices which means you can plug in an iPod, or a Zune and you’ll be all set to go. The only problem with this chair thus far? The price. It’s a whopping 8K and that doesn’t include a music player too.
