optimus Hey folks – hope everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July. We just got home from the movie theaters after watching the Transformers movie and man – it rocked! It was a bit longer than I thought it was going to be but the special effects were absolutely amazing. The beginning might have dragged a bit but overall, it was a fun ride of a movie! The best part was hearing Optimus Prime’s voice on the big screen – absolutely amazing and boy it brought back tons of memories from my childhood. My only complaint – I can’t believe they killed JAZZ!! :( I also missed Prowl – he was always my favorite Autobot growing up.

All told though – I’m sure we’ll see yet another Transformers movie in a few years. Did anyone catch Prime’s line near the end when he’s fighting Megatron – “One shall stand.. and one shall fall” – straight from the Transformers cartoon movie. Sweet! What did all of you think?
