Video clip of VIA NanoBook Reference System
If you’re interested in the new VIA NanoBook Reference Design system which was introduced not too long ago, then check out this video overview of the device in action. Although shaped like a UMPC, it’s really more like a small ultra-portable notebook. Specs include a QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, media card reader, Bluetooth support, 1GB of RAM, 30 or 60GB hard drive, and a 1.2 GHz VIA C7-M processor to keep things running cool. You get all that for roughly $600 bucks. Again.. who needs the Palm Foleo eh?
