I’m sitting here trying to picture this in my head.
“Wow – that’s a nice Cocoon in your hand”
“Why thank you!”
Yeah.. that just sounds weird doesn’t it? What the heck am I talking about? It’s the new Cocoon phone from O2 which was introduced for the European marketing according to Ubergizmo. The phone got the name simply because of it’s rounded all-white body. Hmm.. Do I really want a rounded phone? Imagine having this phone in your rear pocket when sitting down?
Anyhow, specs include a 2 megapixel digital camera with autofocus and flash, 3G support, microSD card support, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The phone has gimmicky LED lights beneath the outer lid that light up when you have an incoming call – in case your phone vibrating or ringing isn’t enough of an indication. The LEDs also provide a unique display for the phone’s clock radio function when it’s plugged into its custom dock.
You can expect to find the O2 Cocoon for £300 in the U.K.
