ExtremeTech has published a review of the Westinghouse L2410NM 24 inch LCD monitor here on their website. This widescreen display has a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 and is capable of being connected to a PC or to regular video/HD video sources. Here’s the full technical specs:

Here’s the verdict from ExtremeTech:

It’s almost like they stuck some TV electronics to a PC panel and decided that would make for a good PC display. The few image quality problems are mostly correctable, but the usability problems are not.
