CEIVA will be expanding it’s distribution reach thanks to a new deal with Staples retail stores. CEIVA Digital Photo Frames will now be available for purchase at over 1400 Staples retail store locations around the country which means you’ll be able to purchase one of their frames JUST in time for Father’s Day which is right around the corner. The first digital photo frame to be made available at Staples will be the seven inch CEIVA Digital Photo Frame. The 8 inch photo frame will be made available during the June Father’s Day sales campaign.

CEIVA’s claim to fame is their network connected digital photo frame. These digital photo frames can retrieve pictures via a built in memory card reader or from PC’s over a home network. If you sign up with CEIVA’s optional PicturePlan service, you’ll also be able to get pictures sent to you from anywhere in the world. These pictures would then be automatically delivered to your CEIVA frame – either via a phone call connection or via a network connection made possible through a CEIVA adapter.

The 7 inch CEIVA Digital Photo Frame is selling for $149.99 while the 8 inch CEIVA Digital Photo Frame goes for $199.99. The 7 inch display has a resolution of 480 x 234 while the 8 inch has a resolution of 640 x 480.
