NYTimes reviews the new BlackBerry Curve
The folks at the NYTimes have published a review of the upcoming BlackBerry Curve smart phone here on their website. Features of the new Curve include the following:
- Manage up to 10 email accounts
- Yahoo IM and Google Talk
- Web browser
- Voice Activated Dialing
- Speakerphone
- Advanced sound technology cancels out background noise and echo
- Polyphonic and MP3 ringtones
- Dedicated volume and mute keys
- 2.0 megapixel digital camera with digital zoom and built in flash
- microSD card
- Support for BlackBerry Maps
Here’s the verdict from NYTimes:
This BlackBerry is a great phone (four hours of talk time, 17 days of standby); a fast, comfortable, responsive e-mail terminal; and a surprisingly full-fledged multimedia machine.
