Toshiba has introduced a new Qosmio laptop called the G40. This notebook features an integrated HD DVD player which also doubles as a DVD+-R DL burner. Specs to the G40 include:

• 17 inch widescreen display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 (making it perfect for 1080p playback)
• HDMI output
• NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT with 512MB of RAM
• Intel Core 2 Duo T7300P processor
• 2 GB of RAM
• 2 x 200GB 4200 RPM HDD

The G40 will come out in June and will come with Windows Vista.
